I really appreciated the staff being understanding of my “leash defensive” pup, who continues to work in his manners. They were kind and very friendly towards him. I always enjoy having Dr. Rosenberg see my pups. She is professional and personable at the same time. She answers all my questions and genuinely cares about my pups. Thank You Sunnycrest!!!

I brought my dog in for immunizations and a physical. I was told they needed a stool sample. That would have been helpful info to have told me before I arrived. Then I could have brought it. Since I no longer live close by I will just have to bring it in next time I’m in the area!

The air conditioner was out that day but the staff contacted us and let us know prior to coming in for our appointment. I appreciate how thoughtful that was. I love Sunnycrest!

It was a very hot day and the room I was in had no air and their was dog hair on the floor The Dr and assistant were great helped my dogs and they are doing great.

Dr. Rosenberg is everything. Patient, kind, sensitive, articulate and a great listener. We never felt like just another client. She came highly recommended to us and now I see why. For the first time in a long time, our dogs were treated like our children. We appreciate that. THANK YOU!

The service is always first rate. I did have to wait quite a while but it seemed unavoidable.

Rachel did an awesome job of grooming my black long haired cat. He looks cool with his summer haircut! I will be back in 8 weeks. Erin was especially helpful in getting me checked out. Tracey was behind the scenes being sure everything ran smoothly. Sunnycrest is blessed to have such a wonderful staff!!??

This was only for a nail trim so no explanations were necessary. But I must say how accommodating the staff was as my cat hid for several hours causing us to miss our 12:00 appointment. They encouraged us to come in later if I caught her. We arrived at 4:00 and took us right in! So impressed! So grateful!!

Erin was friendly and was able to keep me updated on the wait time - appt at 10 but once put in a room at 10:25, was seen very quickly. Moses and Jesse did a great job warming up to Lexi. Dr LaFavour reassured me Lexi was healthy and I appreciate that I was able to have her annual check up combined with her ear check, including receiving vaccines. Thank you ??
