My husband and I were feeling under the weather. The staff was very understanding of us not wanting to enter the facility. The helpful staff collected our furry kids and took them inside for us. Thank you so very much!

I would very much like to meet with the doctor in the room with my pet. I don’t like handing my pet off to somebody at the counter and taking my pet without being able to personally talk and ask questions to the doctor directly. It’s nice that they call to talk to us but that isn’t The same as meeting with the person that is going to be treating your pet. It takes the personal touch away from the experience. I hope we can get back to that very soon.

For many years and many dogs we have looked forward to our appts and your excellent care of our pets. Now Buddy is a different story…alas he is not a fan. He is a rescue dog ?? with a sad history. I will say that Friday’s visit went well because one of your helpers sat on the floor with him and helped put him At ease. Usually he goes on the table immediately and he is scared stiff. This extra made all the difference.. Thanks so much.

The one thing you could improve on is getting clients in at the time of their appointment. I’ve waited at least a half an hour for any appointments that were not for grooming..

I love that the groomer does a great job on our dog the only thing I’m concerned about is that she was there for 4 hours I feel that is way too long.

I did not need to see a doctor as Snoopy was just getting vaccinations. However it was so hard to understand the tech who assisted us. Of course she was wearing a mask, so that really wasn’t the problem. But she spoke so fast, so softly, and such a high pitch tone that I could barely understand her I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and still answered the same way.

For question 1, once I was able to enter the facility (50 minutes past appt time), I was greeted in a friendly manner. For question 7, it was super easy to make the appt, but due to emergencies, my appt was delayed until around an hour past my original appt time.

I was pretty disappointed at how long we had to wait. We sat in the waiting area for over 30mins. Don’t book so many appointments that close together. As for cleanliness, the floor had balls of fir rolling around in the wind from fans, as an owner of a very young puppy I’m looking for as clean of an environment as possible and it definitely wasn’t. That was disappointing. To be perfectly honest, we almost got up and left, if we had to wait 5 minutes longer we would have. It also didn’t help the vibe not having the AC working so it was hot and the parking lot so full that people were double parking behind each other to get spots. All that said, I will give it one more try and hope that we were just there on a bad day.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Glassberg and SunnyCrest since 1969 and have always received excellent care from his staff

Staff forgot we were outside. Very disappointing.

As usual, Dr. Rosenberg was excellent. She put me at ease and gave me the good news that there is nothing wrong with our sweet Dylan. She was thorough and kind. She listened patiently even though things were very busy. The vet tech was also wonderful. I was so nervous that Dylan had a tumor (which he does not) that I did not get her name. I love Sunnycrest s people.
