This was my first time bringing my cat in. I was a little disappointed that I could not come in and meet the vet that was treating my cat. I do understand that because of Covid they are not allowing anyone in. The process they set (waiting in the car) ran well. I alway want to see how the vet handles my pet. since I couldn’t it’s hard to recommend or not. I did talk to her over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. The staff was also very nice.

I really appreciate your doctors and technicians especially Dr. James and Kimmy Johnson. Being this is a new vet office for us and can t be there in the office with Vanilli, it is nice to have the staff inform us and treat our pets well. Thank you.

Would be better to not ask to bring pets to lobby until the porch area is clear of other customers. My pet can get distracted by other pets, and of course, there s the whole social distancing thing. On mentioning, I was told to use the side entrance, as an alternative. No worries. Just mentioning. Thanks again for great service!

Had a bath, so no additional info was necessary. I called to find out about allergen diets and the man on the phone was very helpful explaining the two brands and prices. Also, my dog is very itchy so the instructions for the bath were taken seriously. Although he’s still scratching ugh!!! But less stinky

Thank you for helping me with my Max. He d been barfing for 48 hours, and I d previously made an appt for him to get a few shots. The technician spoke with a doctor and I immediately was able to change the appointment to see a doctor. He got meds, and he s on the mend. Thank you for your help with my Max.

Brought Duke up for a claw trim only but had other issues with him throwing up this week. Told the assistant and she was nice enough to ask if I wanted Doctor Lefavour to take a look at him and they took good care of him. The staff is still great specially during the Covid rules that are in place. Love bring Duke here.
