The staff and the vet where extremely kind .My dog Gracie is very friendly and the staff and Vet picked up on it and gave her attention which I greatly appreciate.Her diagnosis was explained and I was able to get a prompt surgery appt.Im on a limited budget.* Work 3 part time jobs and live in a trailer in ojai on a ranch where I take care of animals.My regular vet up here is fine but very expensive and has never shown the kindness she received at Mercy.Thankyou Sally & Gracie

I was very satisfied with the service I received during my visit. The lady who helped me st window “C” was very nice and she patiently responded to my questions. The doctor took her time to answer to all my questions and explained thoroughly what she found on one of my dogs (ear infection). The doctor’s assistant was also super nice, helpful and she was very gentle with the dogs. Finally, the pharmacist took her time explaining everything in regards to the medication and the treatment.
