My one complaint is that you have to leave a message for someone to call you back so you can talk to someone. I work in healthcare and am usually not by my phone so I just end up playing phone tag when I had a question about my dogs medication.

What an incredible experience! I have never been so thoroughly impressed by my experience bringing my pug Patty Valentine to Mercy Crusade. Dr. Wray was attentive, thorough, so kind and informed. They explained everything about the why behind the treatment for my dog s allergies and the best options for treatment. INCREDIBLE!

I have been coming to Mercy Crusade for over 30 years, and I have always appreciated their honesty, professionalism, thorough care, and commitment to animals. The veterinarians have always been amazing, and the combination of expertise, compassion, and affordable pricing is why I continue to come back. Appointments can sometimes be hard to get, but this time scheduling was much easier, which I really appreciated. My only feedback from this visit was that the check-in process felt a little confusing. We were asked to hurry in and check in, then told to wait outside, and later it seemed like there was confusion when we weren’t inside waiting. The person greeting us also didn’t have the same warm, animal-loving energy I’ve usually experienced from the staff. Because they were busy and had two vets working, we ended up in an area normally used for spay/neuter recovery, which seemed a little stressful for my puppy. It all worked out, but the environment wasn’t quite as comfortable as past visits. Overall, Mercy Crusade continues to provide wonderful veterinary care at a fair price, and I truly appreciate the work they do for animals and the community.

I have to book appts mo ths in advanced. 5 days before my appt i got a phone call that went straight to voicemail becasue I work alot from your office giving me mere hours to confirm my long awaited appt or they said it would be cancelled. I was unable to retrieve the voicemail or k ew it was from the office until late into the evening. (Honestly sometimes it takes days for me to retrieve a voicemail. Text or email is most suffice) I immediately emailed to confirm my appt but was rather unnecessarily stressed for the following 24 hours. My appt thankfully didnt get cancelled as promised on the voicemail I still have the voicemail but that day I showed up there were three cancelations... wondering if they got the same voicemail.
