The staff is always charming and my dogs always heal right up. Mercy offers a fantastic service.

I have to book appts mo ths in advanced. 5 days before my appt i got a phone call that went straight to voicemail becasue I work alot from your office giving me mere hours to confirm my long awaited appt or they said it would be cancelled. I was unable to retrieve the voicemail or k ew it was from the office until late into the evening. (Honestly sometimes it takes days for me to retrieve a voicemail. Text or email is most suffice) I immediately emailed to confirm my appt but was rather unnecessarily stressed for the following 24 hours. My appt thankfully didnt get cancelled as promised on the voicemail I still have the voicemail but that day I showed up there were three cancelations... wondering if they got the same voicemail.

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I always feel safe bringing my dog here. Thank you!!

This was his first visit. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. He arrived on time for his appointment and he was seen quickly. Their fees are VERY reasonable. I highly recommend them. 5-Stars!!! *****

Both my dogs had an excellent vet visit!

From scheduling with Casandra to the visit with my pup Peppa and Dr Wray, it was a great experience. Peppa had a full exam and we filled her Rx. Definitely happy with the visit. Next is my pup Georgie’s visit.

It will be best to be able to call and schedule the appointment instead of leaving messages a d waiting for a call back. It often results in missed calls and having to call back again and leave messages.

It was easy to get an appointment it was just a few weeks out. I m guessing that I because it is very reasonable to take our pets there.

I have had pets for all of my 67 years, and Mercy is without any doubt the best vet I have ever known. Thank you ..... thank you very much!

I have seen Dr Rodgers twice with my cat Charlotte and am always so impressed with the care Charlotte receives and the knowledge that Dr. Rogers has and the way she explains conditions regarding my girl to make it easy for me to understand what’s going on.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and very sweet and attentive to our pet needs! We were very happy with their service and pricing. We’ll definitely be back and recommend.

The Dr I saw was thorough, professional and understanding. The office staff and the vet techs were also faintly, knowledgeable, and skilled. am excited to make Mercy Crusade my new vet!

The staff and the vet where extremely kind .My dog Gracie is very friendly and the staff and Vet picked up on it and gave her attention which I greatly appreciate.Her diagnosis was explained and I was able to get a prompt surgery appt.Im on a limited budget.* Work 3 part time jobs and live in a trailer in ojai on a ranch where I take care of animals.My regular vet up here is fine but very expensive and has never shown the kindness she received at Mercy.Thankyou Sally & Gracie
