Mercy crusades was the biggest blessing to our fur baby and family! Start to finish every phone call ask person we spoke with and encountered was the sweetest, kindest, most helpful! Immediate responses to calls/emails for scheduling and communication not the easiest. Would prefer a human on phone as soon as I call, but I understand. Also would be ideal to be seen sooner but expected considering high volume and limitations. It certainly helps that instructions and expectations are provided--be it at intake, a recording and/or online. Fortunately someone from the clinic does respond in a relatively timely manner--true to word. Beyond that and above all, the quality of feedback and service by vet (Dr. Rogers), manager (Junior), and staff are excellent. Really appreciated everyone s compassion, experience and knowledge. Thank you for all you do for the community.

I think it can be very helpful if you guys worked on the app by adding more features especially for scheduling. The receptionists seem to be very busy, every time i have called recently i am always sent to voicemail, when i get a call back i tend to be too busy and see it late. I think it would help both the team and your clients, especially because of the tight schedule of being only M-F and 9-5pm

I love this place! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and caring. The vet is wonderful and really takes her time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They are all so compassionate and the prices are so reasonable and appreciated! You really feel like you can properly take care of your pet because you can afford it!! It’s a little hard to get into and if you have an emergency, unfortunately they can’t see you. The wait can be a little while to get in (I waited a month), and sometimes a wait to check in and check out, but otherwise we give this business 5 stars!

My one complaint is that you have to leave a message for someone to call you back so you can talk to someone. I work in healthcare and am usually not by my phone so I just end up playing phone tag when I had a question about my dogs medication.

What an incredible experience! I have never been so thoroughly impressed by my experience bringing my pug Patty Valentine to Mercy Crusade. Dr. Wray was attentive, thorough, so kind and informed. They explained everything about the why behind the treatment for my dog s allergies and the best options for treatment. INCREDIBLE!
