All of the staff I met that day were fantastic! The vet-tech was amazing, and gentle. The Vet was patient with my questions and was very informative. Overall, Lola and I had a positive experience.

Wish they put the cone on for me when he was sedated! Was a nightmare trying to put the cone on....which eventually after an hour, got the cone on my dog but then four hours later, he forcefully took it off, almost hurting himself.

I do appreciate having a scheduled appointment when my dogs need to be seen by their vet. It is efficient and reduces the anxiety of waiting for me and my dogs. I would request extending having an appointment for getting their vaccines as well. I m sure you have an idea how many vaccines your staff can administer in an hourly basis based on historical data. Thank you for giving be the opportunity to comment and make a suggestion.

Our fur child was there for neuter in most part because it was so much more economical than everywhere else. From the phone call for the appointment to the time I picked him up, the entire staff was so friendly and accommodating I considered making a change for well care too. Once I saw Juan (vet tech who used to work at our “regular” vet we’d been going to for 15 years), that sealed the decision to make the change. How clients are treated from the phone call, when they walk in or out of your door, and follow up made all the difference for us. And we haven’t even met either of the vets ??????. Kudos to the “front line” at Mercy!

A special shout out to Dr. Rodgers for always taking the time to explain the examination procedures and answer any related questions. She provides the utmost care and concern to any creature finding itself on her medical table.

Thank you Mercy Crusade! It’s always a very positive experience when me and my dog Percy Poo come in for our visits. The staff is so friendly, caring and very prompt. I only had to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby before we were called in. Special shout out to Dr Wray for being so patient. She happily answered all my questions and concerns. Also a big thank you to Junior for helping me with my volunteer paperwork. Cassandra helped me at the front desk and was so welcoming, we had a great convo in the process! Love this place.

I was taken back by how kind and sincere the Dr was with myself and my Cat. I will absolutely continue taking my animals there and feel confident with their care.
