I absolutely love this vet, everyone is always so friendly and professional, the staff genuinely cares about every pet and customer they see and have.

The first time I called, nobody called me back. After 2 weeks I called again and they got back with me the next day. AND I know its busy at check-in, but the girls could slow down when they are talking especially if English is their second language. I was a bit confused, and they were not very helpful.

Dr. Rogers comes off as a know it all and very judgmental. I understand she is an experienced veterinarian with plenty of knowledge but she needs to tone it down a notch and hop off her high horse. Also, it would be helpful to get notes or meeting summary after because she provides so much information in so little time and does not like to repeat herself which is very intimidating. It seems like the communication or check out process is off because when I spoke with Dr Rogers and an assistant they both suggested a blood test for my dog and said they would schedule it with me at the front when I check out but the cashier never mentioned it. Wish the communication was more thorough

You are really popular also very organized all the employees I came in contact with were perfect.

It s hard to get a call back. I understand how busy you are, I checked around at different vet s offices and the cost was astonishing. I got a call back after 2 voice nails and text messages. I was happy how quickly I was able to get in and will be bringing my other cat in a few weeks to have him neutered. I think what you are doing is a great thing for us fur parents!

Dr. Jr is amazing he explained everything to me that. I was going to be needing to do after my dogs surgery. The whole staff was amazing and nice

It’s very busy but the staff make it so easy and very friendly

I wasn t happy and satisfied with the quality of the doctor visit with Dr. Wray as she did not explain why the medication is not appropriate per the previous doctor and did not take the time to explain the reasoning for the medication change and how, when and why to give my pet pain medication.I wasn t told how to tell if your pet is in pain and why it was prescribed. Other than that the office staff, vet techs and office manager are the best and will continue to bring my pet and will continue to refer Mercy to friends and family. Junior is AWESOME and great to work with. Keep up the great work YOU ALL DO THERE for the our pets and us pet parents. Thank you

Dr. Rey/Ray and her Tech (sorry, didn t get his name) were very kind and took their time with our dog and I. I appreciate the understanding and explanation as I asked a lot of questions. Thank you for being our go-to! And thanks to the front desk for following up on the cancellation waitlist to get us in a little over a month earlier, woohoo! Thanks again for a great experience thus far!

Everyone is so friendly and very good at their job

Suggestion - better signage and explanation how the check in system works. It was unclear where the line was - people were lining up in front of the chain and others along the building. Check I. Time is lengthy (1 hr for me). I would let people know to allow for a hour. People thought they could check in and get to work by 8 or so. Would it be speed the process if the forms to be online or handed out while we are in line? I understand online forms is complicated to implement - but worth it if it provides better service and saves staff time? Lastly, I worked in the nin-profit arena as CEO and executive director for many years. I applaud all you do!! It is amazing to see so many pets receive care in a single day. You obviously need a larger facility, as you know better than I. . I hope that dream comes true in the very near future. Thank you to everyone who works to serve the pet population in Ventura County.
