I had my cat neutered and when I went to go pick him up the wait time was about an hour. I understand that there were other animals that were there to be picked up as well. I think there could be improvement in the wait times overall it was a good experience.

Love the location but I think the way you all work was awesome and I could imagine you all in a building 3 times that size would a grand rebound around the US or at lease California great job

The Mercy Crusade staff is caring and professional. The care our pets receive there is exceptional. Staff and doctors are always compassionate, friendly and will take the time to make sure you understand fully why and how your pet needs any treatment. The price paid for their services are a real bargin for the outstanding care you and your pet receive!

I’m always happy with everything

When I originally called to make an appointment, the woman who took my information (I think her name was Brenda), did not put in the database my personal information. I was never contacted through email or text. I reached out to you twice by phone trying to figure out what was happening. I never got a phone call back. I did finally send verification that I was going to be there at the appointed time, but I was just flying blind, trying to guess what I was supposed to do. Thankfully, I’ve had other animals spayed and neutered so I knew not to feed my dog anything or give him water before the surgery. But you need the front office to be more efficient in documenting important contact information from the client. Good communication is vital.
