Vey hard to schedule as I was leaving a message and waiting for a call back and if I missed the call back I had to leave a message again. It took me several times to actually talk with someone and make the appointment. I also had to wait over an hour to pick my dog up after her surgery day. But everyone was very friendly and I appreciate the rush on per prescription. I also appreciate the low cost for her surgery.

The staff was very professional but I showed up a few minutes after 7am and had to wait over an hour to drop my dog off which made us both extra nervous so maybe staggered drop off times would be helpful to avoid that.

The staff was great and they did a good job on my dogs neuter and gave good explanation to care for him. Communication was great. Thank you!

I really want to say that the staff that was working that day were very kind, polite, caring ,listened to my concerns , helped me understand all the vaccines that we needed, and the veterinarian that day was very good and explained risks and benefits, which I really appreciate. I’m very pleased with the care that I received for my numerous dogs that day thank you so much.

It is hard to wait in line with big puppies. Maybe a wait in your car paging system for those that have difficulties?

I traveled 2 hours to get there and luckily I was first in line. I suggest getting the furthest traveler out first especially if they are waiting around. I have no complaints. Just a suggestion in case I showed up at 8 and had to wait all day. Thank you and keep doing what you re doing.

I thought Mercy Crusade did an excellent job. The only drawback was it took so long for the appointment.

I have been to many vet offices with my furry friends over many many years, and I have yet to come across another facility that cares as much as Mercy Crusade. I wish they were a full-service vet clinic. I would never go anywhere else.

Always treated well by staff and doctors. Vets are wonderful with my dogs.

The drop off and pick up was a bit hectic with the wait times but the staff was extremely friendly despite how busy it was.

Having more people answer the phone rather than leaving a voicemail automatically would be helpful when having quick questions that would take a minute or less
