I thought Mercy Crusade did an excellent job. The only drawback was it took so long for the appointment.

I have been to many vet offices with my furry friends over many many years, and I have yet to come across another facility that cares as much as Mercy Crusade. I wish they were a full-service vet clinic. I would never go anywhere else.

Always treated well by staff and doctors. Vets are wonderful with my dogs.

The drop off and pick up was a bit hectic with the wait times but the staff was extremely friendly despite how busy it was.

Having more people answer the phone rather than leaving a voicemail automatically would be helpful when having quick questions that would take a minute or less

Both Dr. Wray and the tech helped us perfectly well. Dr. Wray found an ear infection in our dog, Daisy that we were unaware of. We came in for our annual visit to obtain flea meds so we are very grateful for Dr.Wray s professionalism. All employees were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I got in because there was a cancellation but they don’t have sooner appointments it takes 6-8 weeks to be seen .. besides that everyone is great I love taking my fur baby there

Very friendly vet tech!! Easy to schedule appt and they answered all my questions. But it did take 45 minutes to pick up my pet after his appt, which was longer than expected.

I have brought both my dogs to Mercy, I have all the confidence in them. They are great!

We always get great care for all of our four legged family members. And everyone is always patient and caring. With whatever may be going on. When we go in for a check up & come out with one less family member it is a hard thing but they made the whole process better than you’d think it could be.
