So grateful for this vet clinic and their staff. Always a pleasant experience and I will continue to bring my dogs to receive quality care.

This was my first time, and there s two different sides of benches. There were 3 dogs on one side of bench so I sat on the other bench with this other cat owner (we were #4 and #5). When the staff opened the door, they just started giving out the clipboards to the dog side that had about 5-6 owners in line by then. And I approached the staff to let her know and she gave me a clipboard and the last clipboard went to person #6. I felt bad because I didn t give up my clipboard to #l4 but that other person should have!! It felt like SURVIVAL of the FITTEST on this Thursday Morning !!! Otherwise, all great!! Please consider putting a sign out there so that this doesn t happen again. ??

I love the services Mercy Crusade delivers to the community! The vet tech was especially informative, caring and knowledgeable! I had trouble with the gabapentin drops because the hole/nozzle was too big on the bottle and the syringe didn t fit onto it; didn t have a tight seal to draw up the fluid. I lost a lot of the liquid each time I tried to use the syringe.

I am truly grateful for the work you guys do. I was quoted $1500 for the service you provided from the vet we originally took this rescued kitten to for his immediate care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Vey hard to schedule as I was leaving a message and waiting for a call back and if I missed the call back I had to leave a message again. It took me several times to actually talk with someone and make the appointment. I also had to wait over an hour to pick my dog up after her surgery day. But everyone was very friendly and I appreciate the rush on per prescription. I also appreciate the low cost for her surgery.

The staff was very professional but I showed up a few minutes after 7am and had to wait over an hour to drop my dog off which made us both extra nervous so maybe staggered drop off times would be helpful to avoid that.

The staff was great and they did a good job on my dogs neuter and gave good explanation to care for him. Communication was great. Thank you!

I really want to say that the staff that was working that day were very kind, polite, caring ,listened to my concerns , helped me understand all the vaccines that we needed, and the veterinarian that day was very good and explained risks and benefits, which I really appreciate. I’m very pleased with the care that I received for my numerous dogs that day thank you so much.
