When I picked up my cat from her spay appointment, the young lady outside was very busy but always remained pleasant and had a smile on her face. She never seemed or appeared frustrated. She was very nice and accommodating. 7/8/2025 The staff was also incredibly pleasant when I called to make the appointment, unlike the low cost spay and neuter clinic in Simi Valley. I live in Simi Valley and think the drive to Oxnard was worth it. THANK YOU for the services you have provided me and the community all these years.

Great experience at Mercy Crusade. The staff was super sweet and patient with everyone (people and animals). They took time to answer my questions and didn’t seem rushed. The community is lucky to have Mercy Crusade!

I booked a spay appointment, easy and friendly. But then I get a text saying my apt was cancelled the day before it is scheduled due to it “not being confirmed” even though my deposit of $50 was already taken from my bank account. It took 7 phone calls & 4 emails for someone to reach out to me regarding this and I was called 3 mins before they closed. They were calling the secondary # that I provided as more of an emergency contact, not a primary contact #. After much argument, they agreed to see me still on my appointment. I believe taking money as a deposit is enough confirmation to keep my appointment until said date and time, regardless if I verbally confirm I am coming. I made the appointment, I am a grown adult, if I wanted to reschedule or cancel, I would do so especially when I already paid for more than half the price of service. &there is nothing on their website about a cancellation policy if not confirmed. After this was resolved, I would like to thank the staff I got to encounter during pick up. The girl at the front of the building checking people in was very kind, as well as the girl with purple/pink hair explaining the after care was absolutely wonderful. Would I come here again? Yes. But I do think the term “deposit” needs to hold value with them especially when money was already taken for a service to be done.

My information initially got mixed up with another pet owner s, but the staff was able to quickly and efficiently correct it. Nice job!

My first time using MC for neutering AND I would heartily recommend MC to anyone interested in using your services to our pet community.

I was so pleased with everything the staff was lovely, doctor patient and attentive. Look forward to surgery next month. I will recommend to anyone that asks.

I only wish there were more available appointments so my pets could be seen sooner. But the front office person, pharmacy assistant, doctor (Dr Wray) and vet tech were great.

Although it’s always stressful when your pet needs immediate care, all of the staff was helpful. Junior helped me schedule my dogs for necessary exams, Hannah was great at contacting me regarding my pets meds and the doctor and the assistants were all patient and supportive in helping with my dogs needs

My frustration is that the medical records are not always correct. This last visit, there was an incorrect age on one of the cats, and not full info on the vaccines. Last time they had misspelled one of the cats’ name. That is troubling to me.

Being an authorized person to take Ace to his veterinary appointment was a great experience — not only because I had help from my daughter, but also thanks to the wonderful staff at Mercy Crusade Spay, Neuter & Wellness Clinic. From the warm greeting at check-in to the care provided by the nurses and veterinarian, everything was well organized and comforting. The team brought a sense of joy and trust to the visit. I was especially happy that Ace was able to get his nails trimmed without any crying — a huge success for us! I’m so grateful to have this clinic nearby. I truly appreciate how kind, helpful, and professional the entire staff is. Highly recommend!
