The addition of Dr Wray is great. But your wait times for an appointment are why I don’t take my dogs here more often. Your 50.00 office fee is high.

Mavis the “Mainecoon mix” I’ve always wanted a Mainecoon was hungry that evening. She ate a whole can of cat food. Usually, she eats and runs and the food spoils. I don’t think she’ll gain weight but we shall see. She more loving but she wants out SO bad. 6 days and counting.

Gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful.

It took a couple of months to get an appointment from the first time I called. I was notified of a cancelation was able to schedule my pups spay quickly. Checking in took a little over an hour. The staff was super friendly and treated my puppy so kindly. The office was clean. There were no issues with the procedure, and they explained pre and post-op instructions very clearly and answered all my questions. We would definitely go there again for any other needs, and we highly recommend Mercy Crusade.

Your staff was very friendly and caring towards my two dogs. My dogs were not afraid of being around them.

To schedule a spay appointment was very difficult only because I was always told to call back and after 6 months finally got my baby in. Also after the spay, the following day, I left a voicemail regarding medications and no one returned my call.

Please consider more training with the receptionist that handles the morning check-ins for dogs preparing to undergo surgery. She was rude about me not hearing my name called, but she saw me pacing in front of the office numerous times. If someone fills out a form, but doesn t respond when their pet s name is called, maybe spend 2 seconds to go outside and try again. My dog was in distress and I didn t want to rile up the other dogs that were in the office. It takes 2 seconds to take the extra step to ensure all guests are taken care of.

From scheduling the initial appt to checking out at the end of the day, everything was was so easy and atress free. Staff was polite and helpful and nurse giving after care instructions was very informative and patient to the questions I had. I left feeling very confident in helping my little one to recover. GREAT JOB!!

The phone communication was very confusing. I expected to come in and get my dog spayed and she had not had anything to eat since the day before it turned out. It was just to discuss payment options in the future. It would be nice to be very clear on why there is an appointment, I told her on the phone. I was very willing to pay whatever was necessary, so I was confused when the dog did not get spayed that day I had taken six days off in preparation for the day. so next time please used close loop communication so that everyone understands what is Planned and expected for the day. thank you

The staff are great. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

We love this place. And we love our vet. Everyone always very friendly and helpful. We did wait awhile but worth it.
