My appointment was far out but I was grateful for your cancellation list because it allowed me to get I. A little earlier and have my kitten tended to in a timely basis. Thanks!

The staff was great my only down side was told to pick up cat between 4-430, I paid waited to be let in. However other who paid after me who seemed to be picking up dogs were let in before me. So was being help up for being on time so you could help others who were late to pick up pet. But other than that everything was wonderful.

As always, Dr. Rodgers and the members of her team went out of their way to provide excellent care for my dog. The doctor never takes any short-cuts making sure any diagnosis is based on careful examination, blood work, as well as a plan to keep the dog as comfortable and healthy as possible. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Rodgers’s loving bedside manner and care for all fuzzy creatures.

Wonderful, friendly and quick

This is my fourth time visiting the clinic and each time that i have been in, the entire experience has been wonderful. Cassandra at the front is the sweetest, she is so kind and helpful and remembers my pups every time. I had a pleasant experience yesterday with the gentleman that checked us out. I’m not sure what his name was but he was so helpful and even helped me walk my puppies to the car since i brought two and had my hands full! This is such a great resource for people to get quality care for their pets at affordable prices. I couldn’t be happier with all of my visits.

My dog got a neuter surgery, and your staff did amazing! I was slightly disappointed in the nail trim because one paw was very very short and there was septic powder on the nails too, I suggest a dremmel file ??

When I picked up my cat from her spay appointment, the young lady outside was very busy but always remained pleasant and had a smile on her face. She never seemed or appeared frustrated. She was very nice and accommodating. 7/8/2025 The staff was also incredibly pleasant when I called to make the appointment, unlike the low cost spay and neuter clinic in Simi Valley. I live in Simi Valley and think the drive to Oxnard was worth it. THANK YOU for the services you have provided me and the community all these years.

Great experience at Mercy Crusade. The staff was super sweet and patient with everyone (people and animals). They took time to answer my questions and didn’t seem rushed. The community is lucky to have Mercy Crusade!

I booked a spay appointment, easy and friendly. But then I get a text saying my apt was cancelled the day before it is scheduled due to it “not being confirmed” even though my deposit of $50 was already taken from my bank account. It took 7 phone calls & 4 emails for someone to reach out to me regarding this and I was called 3 mins before they closed. They were calling the secondary # that I provided as more of an emergency contact, not a primary contact #. After much argument, they agreed to see me still on my appointment. I believe taking money as a deposit is enough confirmation to keep my appointment until said date and time, regardless if I verbally confirm I am coming. I made the appointment, I am a grown adult, if I wanted to reschedule or cancel, I would do so especially when I already paid for more than half the price of service. &there is nothing on their website about a cancellation policy if not confirmed. After this was resolved, I would like to thank the staff I got to encounter during pick up. The girl at the front of the building checking people in was very kind, as well as the girl with purple/pink hair explaining the after care was absolutely wonderful. Would I come here again? Yes. But I do think the term “deposit” needs to hold value with them especially when money was already taken for a service to be done.
