It took a couple of months to get an appt. I hear that is common with Veterinarians since COVID though. We made our appt. after we received notification that we were due for vaccines but it turned out she wasn’t due for 2 years. It all worked out because there were other questions/issues we had taken care of at the appointment. Everyone in the office is wonderful and we always feel well taken care of. We appreciate keeping the cost down as we are struggling, like most, with pandemic related income shortages. You provide a great service for our furry family members.

Everyone at Mercy are very nice & helpful. The only problem is waiting 3 months for an appointment.

Initially we had a really hard time getting an appt. Our appt. was cancelled and we could not get through to reschedule. However, once we finally did make contact, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were accommodated and an appt. was scheduled in a very timely manner. Wait time was a bit long for pick up, but once I was able to enter the facility, it was very quick and efficient. I appreciate the low cost. It helps a lot!

I think they were scheduling 3 months in the future. But the appointment went well.

I understand difficulties and protocols with covid but it would be nice to have direct face to face dialogue with the vet

I love mercy crusade from beginning to end everyone is the best I been coming for years I feel comfortable taking my 4 legged babies there even now cause of COVID not being able to be in the room to talk to the doctor I’m just grateful to have a place to take my babies I can hardly wait till I’m able to see the doctor personally like before covid

I know the scheduling piece may be out of your control, but I do wish scheduling an appointment wouldn t be so challenging. I called about three times at different times in a timeframe of 6 weeks and was told no appointments were available. Finally at the fourth attempt I was able to get an appointment. On the other end, I love this place, the vet and staff are very friendly and appreciate the support you provide for our pets in our community.
