With covid restrictions starting to loosen, it would be really nice if both parents were allowed in. My partner and I were both allowed in in the morning, but when we came to pick our dog up in the afternoon, I was told I had to wait outside. I didn’t appreciate that.

Great in office experience. Quick drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. Only complaint, which is the offices fault, is how far in advance we had to schedule the appointment. (2-3 months) but Mercy is definitely the best in the area, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff, from scheduling to in office.

My kitty is so special to me I recently had pacemaker surgery and she weighed exactly where the site was just like a heat pack so we started calling her heat pack and when she went into surgery I was so lost and upset and nervous because years ago I had a kitty spayed and she acted different she looked different she didn’t play after that her personality just changed and her scar looked awful it just seem like I did the wrong thing and with this kitty she came home the scar was minuscule she started playing right away after I brought her back from surgery I expected her to be extremely lethargic for days this kitty is almost normal a day later we are so very very thankful for you and all that you do for the animals and helping stop overpopulation this is an amazing thing and I appreciate it so much thank you for taking care of my little sweetheart and I will definitely come to you all the time and tell everybody about you also thank you love Patti

Very nice and Friendly staff and very clean

The staff has always been extremely friendly and we have been going to you all for years. Love Dr Beeder and Dr. A All the staff are so sweet and empathetic to our animal and financial concerns . They all want the best! Today we were instructed how to do insulin and our nurse was so thorough.... I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. We truly appreciate you all loving our animals.

Always efficient, organized, and clean

We have been bringing our big dogs (Great Pyrenes) and German Shepherd to Mercy Crusade for several years. Always kind, efficient, and our dogs love going in, getting weighed, and getting their physical. A professional group! We love the Veterinarians.

At pick-up time, I waited a long time outside. I am old and have some medical issues. It was difficult for me to stand on line and wait. A place to sit would have been nice.

Its difficult to get an appointment. Usually when I call noone answers the phone and sometimes when they call back the following day I am not home to answer. There is usually a series of phone call misses. It would be nice if someone was solely in charge of answering phones.

I was really happy I chose this clinic to hav my dog neutered , they where really carrying for my dog .
